History

A small metallurgy company grows

Estampillage Leduc has
experienced a healthy
growt hand has adapted
with the purchase of
efficient machinery such
as its punching machine
and bender.

It was in 1989 that André Leduc launched his first metal company in his home garage. With his wife and children he came a long way and now runs a respected company. In the beginning, the modest company had only one 20-ton press and the employees consisted of only Mr and Mrs Leduc.

In 1992, Mr. Leduc obtained a large contract and it was necessary to purchase new machinery. He had to expand his workshop to accommodate the new benders, punch machines and CNC machining equipment, and he also welcomed back his son into the family business. At that time, the father and son mainly manufactured lighting fixtures and transformers.

It was in 1997 that Mr. Leduc, senior, transferred his small metallurgy company to his children. The fresh new wave would bring new clients and the company hired employees in order to pursue its activities with the same level of professionalism that it still provides today. In 2002, he once again expanded his facility to make room for a high-efficiency digital punching machine and folding press. In 2006, the Leducs purchased another, even more powerful, digital punching machine as well as an electric bender.

Today, the family company pursues its work well done and fulfils a green shift with a purchase project for ecological machinery.

With a concern of offering its clientele high quality products and unequalled service, Estampillage Leduc hopes to update its equipment to keep up with the state-of-the-art technology. To do so, it has embraced a project to expand the work space for a third time. Who ever said that a metal company is rigid?
